CLIENT: National Australia Bank Title: nab life Overview: Nab life delivers a new alternative for customers to gather investment information from a banking institute. NAB Life is based upon an important insight: to see the current consumer in the way consumers see themselves. This approach has allowed us to develop an innovative ‘persona-based’ website that delivers useful and impartial financial focused content in a logical manner. The website is based upon 11 ‘personas’ that fit into 4 key stages of life. For each stage of life, we have identified the most common events that a consumer will most likely encounter. Financial topics and information then fall into these events via a slick and easy to use interface. Points of interest: Commissioned photography, contextually matched music to different audience groups. |
